Can I pick up my order from your Factory?
Yes - simply add your items to your cart and process your payment online. All cabinets are available to be picked up on settlement of your invoice. This is a great way to save even extra on your new cabinetry!
Do you offer delivery and if so how much does it cost?
Yes we do offer delivery. However this will need to be quoted individually as many factors such as tolls and distance contribute to the pricing.
How long will I have to wait for my delivery to arrive?
For orders placed before 10am weekdays we will arrange delivery within 24 hours - generally next day is preferred but is subject to availability.
Are my cabinets packaged?
To bring you the best prices our cabinets come shrink-wrapped with an easy to remove plastic. Thankfully all of our 'High Gloss' doors come with a protective film on the face to protect from minor bumps and scratches.
Are the cabinets easy to tell apart?
The beauty of our fully assembled cabinets is that all you need to do is level and screw 'the boxes' together! But for your peace of mind each cabinet has a easy to read label on the front.
How can I be assured my cabinets will fit?
Measurements must always be double or even triple checked. All our cabinets are cut using robotic cutting routers that have a one tenth of a millimetre tolerance. Xpress Cabinets does not take any responsibility for cabinets ordered incorrectly in size. Please refer to our 'How to Measure' page for more information.
Am I limited to 'Pre-Set' Cabinet Sizes?
Our system is based on modular cabinet sizes however we do offer a 'Cut-Down' service for an additional fee. Please note: Cut-Down service is only available in the single and 2 door base and wall cabinets.
Do I need to be 'Trade Qualified' to install my Xpress Cabinets?
No, but some basic wood working skills would be helpful however they are not necessary. Always use a licensed trade professional for all plumbing and electrical work that is required.
Can I order a Stone Benchtop?

What is your Return Policy?
All of our products are individually checked for quality right through the entire manufacturing process. Xpress Cabinets will perform a final inspection on pick-up or delivery of the cabinetry and in the unlikely event a manufacturing fault becomes apparent we will happily rectify it to the best of our ability.
